I realise now this is so serial experiments lain coded, except I hadn't even watched it back in february?! I was in a divine machinery-esque electricity pylon hyperfixation back then, so that might explain it...
Here's where I'll post the various artworks I've completed over the years
IM SORRY THE FILES ARE SO BIG I WILL COMPRESS THEM SOMETIME!!

Just wanted to capture a feeling.
Oh how we marvelled at it all, the smell, the taste, sand in our hair, screaming at the wash of every wave over our bare feet.
When we paid no mind to the sharpness of the pebbles, the stinging in our eyes as we picked up little shells in all their otherworldliness and brought them home with us.
a slice of the great big ocean, when we were so small.
When we were light and weightless. When we could jump up and reach the stars
if we tried hard enough. Everything was bright and sparkling like the dance of light on the surface of that Deep Blue Sea.
I recently watched the film Monster (怪物), 2023 (Hirokazu Kore-eda, Yuji Sakamoto)
" Have we been reborn?"
" I don't think so. We're still the same. "
" Maybe...that's okay. "
Not a character, not an OC, I was just experimenting with light and colour through glass... I went through the five stages of grief trying to render the hair T_T
I was inspired after watching the espionage/thriller film Hidden Blade (无名), set during the 1940s War of Resistance in China. I really loved the intense storyline and cinematography so I tried to capture a little bit of its atmosphere.
some kind of feeling...
I love experimenting with colours and textures like this. Digital art really gives me a sort of freedom that a canvas cannot.
It's Link again! *piano intensifies* (I am terrified of guardians XP)
I remember this was when I finally got the hang of rendering hair! Inspired by a panel from the BL manhua "The Promise"
Link from BotW! I always found Blood Moons so terrifyingly dark in an otherwise peaceful game.
dear miku,
thank you for being an endless inspiration.
- I made this for Miku's canon 16th birthday last month!!
Made using copics and colour pencil! Inspired by an artwork I saw on pinterest. I made this card for my maths teacher who likes Legend of Zelda. He's a sweetheart, though not very good at teaching -_-;; It folds in the centre, so you see toon Link on the front and adult Link on the back!
I'm really proud of it because I really struggled with copics when I was younger. I feel like I'm finally getting the appeal of using them now!!
